Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment. 2.3. Course Access: Access to courses will be granted only upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Use of Services

3.1. Personal Use Only: Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, distribute, or share any course material. 3.2. Prohibited Conduct: Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringes on intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All course content, including videos, PDFs, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Sanayi Mustafa Islamic Academy and is protected by copyright law. 4.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written consent.

5. Live Classes and Conduct

5.1. Live Sessions: Live classes are an integral part of the Premium Plan. Users must adhere to the schedule and join sessions via provided platforms. 5.2. Behavior: Users must maintain respect and decorum during live sessions. Harassment or disruptive behavior will result in termination of access.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1. Demo Session Fee: Fees for demo sessions are non-refundable. 6.2. Course Cancellation: Users may cancel their enrollment; however, no refunds will be issued once the course begins. 6.3. Discretionary Refunds: Refunds, if any, will be provided solely at the discretion of Sanayi Mustafa Islamic Academy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 7.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanayi Mustafa Islamic Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. 8.2. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable course.

9. Amendments

9.1. We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on our website. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
